Dr. Raymond Foxworth serves as program director for Indigenous Knowledge at the Henry Luce Foundation. He previously served as vice president of First Nations Development Institute (First Nations) for 10 years. Raymond holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His academic research has focused on indigenous politics, representation, local governance and democracy in the United States and Latin America.
