The 2020 Collaborative Multiracial Post-Election Survey (CMPS) expanded on the user-generated model that broadened the scope of access to high-quality national survey data with large and generalizable samples of racial and ethnic groups in the United States. Over 200 scholars across nearly 100 different colleges/universities contributed content and the survey was conducted between April 2021 and August 2021. The main focus of the 2020 CMPS is on attitudes about the 2020 Election and candidates, experiences with racism, policy attitudes, immigration, and personal experiences with civic engagement across many facets of American life. The survey dataset includes Black, White, Latino and Asian respondents as well as additional oversamples of respondents from hard-to-reach populations including, Afro-Latinos, Black immigrants, Native Americans, Native Hawaiians, Muslims and people who identify as LGBTQ.
